Gigabyte has formally announced their new range of PSUs, the Aorus P850W and P750W. Both power supplies are the first of their line in the brand’s premium Aorus brand. These new PSUs come with 80 PLUS Gold power efficiency, silent operation, modular cables, and enhanced durability for gaming enthusiasts.
With 80 Plus Gold certification, the Aorus P850W and P750W delivers 90% energy efficiency. Those who have low power requirements or have a cooler rig can also take advantage their silent operation for reduced fan noise. The PSUs uses 100% Japanese capacitors and premium internal components to ensure maximum durability.
The 135mm temperature-controlled fan of the Aorus power supplies is automatically adjusted according to the actual power usage so even when the power usage is lower 20%, the fan will automatically activate the stop function to ensure energy saving and stable power supply. The fan also uses an ultra-durable double ball bearing design that allows it to reach a product life of around 50,000 hours.
For protection, the Aorus P850W and P750 PSUs come with OVP/OPP/SCP/UVP/OCP/OTP circuit protections and have undergone extreme testing of various safety regulations in different countries. Gigabyte is backing the durability of their new power supplies with a 10-year warranty. Both PSUs will be available in the market soon.
