With most of the cities in Luzon in enhanced community quarantine, Globe and TM is now allowing its prepaid subscribers to loan up to PhP 50 of load without service fees. This will allow its customers to reach their loved ones in these trying times.
Eligible prepaid customers can avail of loan products from PhP 5 to PhP 50 in the form of load and promo. Service fees are temporarily waived until April 15, 2020 to make it easier to connect with each other at this time.
Those not qualified for load and promo loans may avail of emergency services comprising of 5MB of data for PhP 5 or 3 texts to Globe/TM and 1 load for PhP 4. Any borrowed load will be collected once you top up your load credits.
In order to get a load loan, customers may dial *143# on their mobile phone and choose “Loans” for Globe or “Utang” for TM to check the available loans, promo loans, emergency texts, or data services.
