Globe At Home is offering free Fiber upgrades for subscribers who are still using older broadband technology. Globe promises that this will bring faster speeds and more reliable connectivity to its customers.
Subscribers who are in good credit standing and are located in areas that are serviceable for the upgrade are eligible to move to Globe At Home’s Fiber plans. Those who are interested in upgrading for free are advised to contact a Globe At Home representative through SMS or email. They can also apply via the Globe website. A Globe representative will contact them to confirm eligibility within 48 – 72 hours.
Globe has been investing and expediting its fiber infrastructure, targeting one million fiber lines within the year in order to provide the growing Internet needs of Filipinos. Currently, Globe has had a 250% increase in upgraded postpaid customers in the first half of 2021 compared to the same period in 2020.
