Globe Telecom has announced that they will be extending bill payment due dates for its mobile and broadband postpaid customers as well as all business and enterprise clients nationwide to May 15, 2020.

Globe previously added 30 days for extensions, which expired back in April 15. With today’s extension, the telecom has provided a 60-day extension for bill payments equivalent to two months of unpaid bills.

Customers may expect a larger amount in their next bill due to previous unpaid bills prior to April. Any late payment fee that may reflect on their Globe at Home billing statements during this period will be waived.

The extension of the due date of bill payments was done in response to the government’s decision to continue the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon. “We want to ease the worries of our customers who cannot leave their homes yet and who may be financially burdened due to the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on businesses and employment,” said Globe President and CEO Ernest Cu.

Globe Postpaid users may now suspend their monthly spending limit

Those who would like to check their accumulated bills from Globe can see their accounts via the GlobeOne app or the Globe At Home app. Customers who have the capacity to pay their bills can also use GCash to settle their bills.
