Globe is giving their Postpaid and Platinum customers the option to suspend their monthly spending limit. This is in response to the surge in demand for voice and mobile data, as more people work and study from home due to the enhanced community quarantine.

Postpaid customers may now turn off their spending limit to consume more data than their monthly allowance without being disconnected from the network. Customers will be sent a text message with instruction to suspend their spending limit to help cope with the increase in connectivity needs in this period.

Globe’s spending limit is a special feature that provides customers better control of their postpaid spending. A maximum amount can be set for services in order to stay within budget and avoid bill shock.

Aside from the suspension of your spending limit, Globe is also providing a 30-day payment extension to all mobile postpaid customers. You will still continue to receive billing notifications to help manage and monitor your usage.

If you want to track your data usage and other offers, you can download the GlobeOne app or Globe At Home app.
