Samsung has already confirmed last month that the Samsung Fold will be arriving in the Philippines. Today, Globe has announced that they will be officially launching the Samsung Fold to the media on November 14, 2019.
While the plans and the official local price of the Samsung Fold haven’t been announced yet, both Globe and Smart will be offering exclusive VIP services for the upcoming smartphone. It’s anticipated that November 18, 2019, will be the day of the unveiling of the smartphones to the public.
Those who will pre-order the Samsung Fold will get access to services such as Samsung Concierge and Samsung Care+. Samsung Concierge will allow customers to have access to a 24/7 dedicated hotline, free pick-up and delivery assistance, and service express lanes.
On the other hand, Samsung Care+ is a year-long program that will assist Galaxy Fold owners for any emergency concerns. It will also include repair coverage for one year.
