Google has officially announced two new smartphones in their annual developer conference, Google I/O. The Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL is positioned in the mid-range market to deliver a premium performance for less.
Both the Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL are packing mid-range specifications. The smartphones are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 chip with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
The rear camera on both devices is a 12.2MP f/1.8 Dual Pixel shooter powered by a Sony IMX363 sensor. Selfies are captured with an 8MP f/2.0 shooter at the front. The cameras come with standard options such as Night Sight, Top Shot, Super Res Zoom, and HDR+.
The difference between the Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL is the screen size. The former has a smaller 5.6-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2220 x 1080. The latter, meanwhile, comes with a 6.0-inch OLED screen with a 2160 x 1080 resolution.
Battery capacity also differs from each other. The Google Pixel 3a comes with a 3,000mAh battery while the Pixel 3a XL has a 3,700mAh battery. Both smartphones will come with 18W Fast Charging.

The Google Pixel 3a is priced at USD 399 (PhP 20,000) while the Pixel 3a XL has an asking price of USD 479 (PhP 25,000).
