Based on Venture Beat’s report, the Google will be announcing the Pixel 2 and the Pixel 2 XL. Made by HTC and LG, Google’s latest smartphones will come with Android Oreo and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.
The Pixel 2 will come with a standard 5.0-inch, 16:9 1080p display while the Pixel 2 XL will come with a larger 6.0-inch QuadHD display with a 18:9 aspect ratio. The 2 XL, however, will not be nearly as bezelless as some of its competitors.
The two handsets will be largely similar from one another. Both will come with 4GB of RAM, 64/128GB of storage, 12MP rear cameras, and front-firing stereo speakers. The most notable exclusion from both phones, however, is the 3.5mm jack.
The Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be announced tomorrow, October 4, 2017.
