GrabCar temporarily unavailable in areas under MECQ

Starting today, August 4, 2020, GrabCar services in areas under MECQ will be temporarily suspended. MECQ affected areas include the entire Metro Manila, Laguna, Bulacan, Cavite, and Rizal.

Despite the momentary disruption in services, Grab will still continue to serve its customers. GrabFood and GrabMart will be available for those who want to stay at home and protect themselves and their family from the pandemic. Both services will be operational from 6:00am until 12:00 midnight depending on the availability of stores. GrabExpress will also function normally for deliveries.

Grab will continue supporting its driver partners as well as frontliners. They are now looking into the prospect of their drivers providing transportation services to their hospital partners for medical frontliners. Grab is also working to extend payment holidays for partner drivers with existing loans.
