A new e-bike brand has arrived in the Philippines – HATASU. They aim to provide safe, sustainable, and value-for-money products that meet the daily commute needs of Filipinos. Currently, they are offering two-wheeler and three-wheeler e-bikes.
The HATASU KUMI 2023 and NERO are the brand’s two-wheeler offerings. They are designed to be a riding solution for students, professionals, and office workers with a short range of travel to go where they need to be.
Both e-bikes can also be used to run errands within the vicinity. They are easier to maintain and their thin profile allows for easier parking. The two have 48V 20AH lead-acid batteries that promises up to 50km of range and can run up to a max speed of 25km/h.
Those who need multi-passenger capacity or just additional storage space can take a look at the MAKO series and the HARU. The MAKO and MAKO 2 can be used to fetch kids from school, run errands to the supermarket or laundromat. They can also be utilized as delivery vehicles by SMBs thanks to its increased storage capacity.
If you want a smaller three-wheeler, the HARU seats one person plus an additional backseat. It three-wheel base also means that it can be used by individuals that don’t have a great sense of balance or haven’t had any bike experience yet.
HATASU’s range of e-bikes starts at PhP 21,990 in the Philippines. The four e-bikes are priced as follows:
The brand is offering their e-bikes through Lazada and HATASU Authorized Dealer stores nationwide. They provided an extensive list of dealers in the Philippines that you can view here.
