It is confirmed that the Huawei Mate X6 will be launching in the Philippines. If you want an early access, Huawei will be offering an exclusive experience at their retail stores nationwide.
You’ll be able to get your hands on Huawei’s foldable flagship at select Huawei Experience Stores on January 18 to 19 at 3:00pm and on January 25 to 26 at 3:00pm. If you like the Mate X6, you’ll be able to pre-order it via the Huawei Online Store until January 16, 2025 and get PhP 5,000 off when you pay your balance between January 17 to 24.
You can take advantage of early bird vouchers to get PhP 3,000 off the device until February 28 on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. The same discount is also available via the Huawei Online Store from January 17 to February 28, 2025. You’ll be able to redeem your early bird voucher anytime between January 17 to February 28, 2025.
Launched back in November 2024, the Huawei Mate X6 positions itself as the next flagship foldable from the brand. It packs a 7.93-inch 2440 x 2240 120Hz main display, a 6.45-inch 2440 x 1080 LTPO OLED cover screen, and a chassis rated for IPX8 water resistance.
Huawei also outfits the Mate X with a 5,200mAh battery with 66W Huawei SuperCharge, 50W wireless charging, and 7.5W reverse wireless charging. It is powered by a Kirin 9020 chipset with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
Cameras include a 50MP f/1.4 – f/4.0 variable aperture main camera, a 48MP telephoto lens with 4x optical zoom, and a 40MP ultrawide shooter. They also equip the device with a hyperspectral sensor to help improve accuracy of photos.
Huawei has not announced the official pricing of the Mate X6 in the Philippines. More details soon.
