Xiaomi has officially posted press renders of the upcoming Xiaomi 15 series. Aside from photos, they have confirmed that the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro will launch in China on October 29 at 7:00pm.
The press renders for the Xiaomi 15 series sticks to a minimalist design much like the Xiaomi 14 series. There will be a large square camera island on both smartphones that house their Leica co-engineered camera system.
The vanilla 15 will come with slim bezels that measures at only 1.38mm. On the other hand, the Pro model weighs in at 213g and is 8.35mm thin. Both will have an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner instead of optical to provide a faster and more accurate experience.
The two smartphones will sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Reports say that the 15 will have a 5,500mAh battery with 90W charging and 50W wireless charging. Meanwhile, the 15 Pro has a large 6,000mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
