HMD Global is resurrecting another classic smartphone in its lineup. This time around, it’s the Nokia 5310. Though its design stays largely the same, its specifications has been tweaked slightly to better fit in a contemporary setting.
The newly revived Nokia 5310 comes with a 2.4-inch 320 x 240 4:3 display reminiscent of an old phone. Of course, the volume buttons at the sides are included to easily change the volume of the device.
Storage is handled by 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a MicroSD slot. A 3.5mm audio jack is present as well as a built-in FM radio. If you prefer a Bluetooth headset, the phone also comes with Bluetooth 3.0.
Nokia says that its removable 1,200mAh battery can last up to 30 days of standby time. A rather basic VGA camera with flash is located at the back. For software, the phone runs on Nokia Series 30+ OS.
The Nokia 5310 is priced at EUR 39 or around PhP 2,000 in the Philippines. No word yet about its arrival in the local market.
