A number of Fwooper Dens are scattered around the map. You may visit them to capture a Fwooper or two so you can breed them and use their feathers to upgrade equipment.
To pin a Fwooper, use Accio then Levioso to immobilize it for a few seconds. You can also use Arresto Momentum to get the same effect. Once you pin a Fwooper, use the bag and press the correct button prompts to get it. It is recommended that you get to the pinned Fwooper as much as you can as it is still possible for it to escape.
Fwoopers can be bred and its feathers harvested to upgrade equipment. You can farm Fwooper Feathers and then use it with the Enchanted Loom to add stats/perks to your favorite items.
