Access to Talents are unlocked after you complete the main story quest, “Jackdaw’s Rest”. At the end of the quest, you get a brief tutorial about talents and how to choose ones that can benefit your adventure in Hogwarts Legacy.
Talent Points are given as rewards whenever you level up after level 5 together with additional HP. These Talent points can then be used to pick talents for spells or features that you have already unlocked.
Be wary when spending Talent Points as there is no way to take them back once you unlock a Talent. Make sure to plan your way when upgrading. Or better yet, take a look at our best talents guide and use it as reference when planning your builds.
