Home Credit is celebrating a new milestone ahead of its 12th anniversary as it hits 12 million customers served with accessible financial solutions as of August 2025.
Since entering the Philippines back in 2023, Home Credit has helped Filipinos access essential goods and services with installment plans, cash loans, and digital solutions. They say that this milestone reflects their unwavering commitment to making credit solutions more accessible for Filipinos.
As of writing, Home Credit has disbursed close to PhP 500 billion in total sales across its different credit offerings. This reinforces its position as a leading player in the consumer finance industry and highlights the growing demand for inclusive and accessible financial solutions.
They also introduced provided PhP 10 billion worth of loans to Filipinos last year just for smartphones. At this time, they are on track to doubling that figure. With the arrival of the iPhone 17 series, a lot of customers are expected to take advantage of their services.
During Home Credit’s peak season, they financed an average of 700 refrigerators, 1,400 televisions, and 1,100 air conditioners per day, which highlights the demand for comfort and convenience at home.
“Reaching 12 million customers is more than just a number—it’s a reflection of the trust Filipinos have placed in us,” said David Minol, Chief Executive Officer of Home Credit Philippines. “We’ve seen a significant increase in new customers compared to last year, driven by the growing demand for inclusive financing and the relevance and attractiveness of our offers.
Aside from lending, Home Credit offers Home Credit Protect to give customers peace of mind. They can choose between Borrower Protection that covers accidents, life, illness, hospital cash, installment waiver, unlimited online consultations, and protection for borrowers and their families; or Device Protection that safeguards against accidental damage, offers extended warranty, fast door-to-door replacement, like-for-like device replacement.
As of August 2025, Home Credit has approved more than PhP 1.75 billion in claims, with nearly 70,000 devices repaired or replaced under Home Credit Protect.
Home Credit is available in more than 18,000 retail stores in the Philippines. They also have their official app on both Android and iOS that lets you apply for loans and manage accounts and payments.
Their #ReadytoHelp sales force have grown to 10,000 strong. They have also expanded its portfolio to include motorcycles to dip their toes in mobility financing. Since the start of 2024, they have financed close to 70,000 units of motorcycles and e-bikes amounting to PhP 4.5 billion while allowing Filipinos to experience the benefits of having personal transportation.
