HONOR Philippines has officially confirmed that the HONOR 400 5G will be coming to the Philippines. The latest entry in their upper midrange series will be arriving in the country on June 17, 2025.
As part of its teaser campaign, HONOR is showcasing the smartphone’s AI capabilities with an image-to-video challenge that allows old photos to be converted into video.
“With the HONOR 400 5G, we’re not just launching another smartphone, but introducing a new emotional experience. This is the real AI phone, designed to bring your memories back to life and create meaningful moments through innovation.” Said Stephen Cheng, Vice President of HONOR Philippines.

The HONOR 400 5G made its debut last month along with its Pro variant. It comes with a 200MP f/1.9 main camera with OIS and a 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide shooter at the rear, and a 50MP f/2.0 front-facing lens on its 6.55-inch 2736 x 1264 120Hz AMOLED display.
HONOR has upgraded its battery capacity to 6,000mAh compared to last generation’s 5,200mAh, but slightly lowered charging speeds to 80W. Its chipset is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB of storage. All these are contained in its IP65/IP66-rated chassis.
The device runs on Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 with the brand promising up to 6 years of OS upgrades.
