HONOR 400 5G launches in PH, priced at PhP 22,999

The HONOR 400 5G has officially landed on the Philippines. The new midrange entry in their series will come with several hardware changes, but this year’s version will have plenty of new AI features including integrated Image-To-Video.

The HONOR 400 5G comes with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip paired with 12GB RAM and 512GB of storage. We also get a 6,000mAh battery with 80W HONOR SuperCharge.

Cameras include a 200MP f/1.9 main shooter and a 12MP f/2.4 ultrawide secondary. On its 6.55-inch 2736 x 1264 120Hz display is a 50MP f/2.0 selfie lens.

Its chassis now has a trapezoid island for its cameras instead of the oval of the previous generation. The smartphone is rated for IP66 dust and water resistance for added weather protection.

The device runs on MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15. There are several AI integrations such as Magic Portal, AI Translate, and AI Subtitles, among others.

Image-To-Video lets you convert an image to video using generative AI. Processing is done on the cloud, so you’ll need to be connected to the Internet to take advantage of it.

The HONOR 400 5G is priced at PhP 22,999 in the Philippines. It is now available through HONOR’s official Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada stores, as well as authorized retailers and concept stores nationwide.

HONOR is running a pre-order promo from June 18 – 27, 2025 where the device will be bundled with an HONOR Choice Earbuds Clip (PhP 4,999), JBL Go Speakers 4 (PhP 2,599), and JisuLife Fan Pro1 (PhP 1,799). Additionally, they are giving you a chance to win a Rolex GMT Master II Green Arrow worth PhP 600,000 and Hermés Lindy Mindi worth PhP 420,000 if you pre-order.
