The HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro are slated to launch on May 22, 2025. Both smartphones, however, have been listed on the brand’s official website revealing their key specifications and features.
Starting with the base HONOR 400, it will come with 200MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide shooter, and a 50MP f/2.0 front-facing selfie lens. Its display is a 2736 x 1264 120Hz screen, which can deliver up to 5000nits HDR peak brightness. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB of storage, and support for 80W HONOR SuperCharge.
The 400 will also come with an SGS 5-star drop-resistant chassis with IP66 dust and water resistance, infrared controls, NFC, and dual stereo speakers.
On the other hand, the HONOR 400 Pro share the same camera setup as the base 400 but adds a 50MP OIS telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom. The screen is higher resolution at 2800 x 1280, but still runs at 120Hz and reaches 5000nits HDR peak brightness. Its chip is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, while charging is upped to 100W HONOR SuperCharge and adds 50W Wireless HONOR SuperCharge.
The Pro model also packs IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, SGS 5-star drop resistance, support for WiFi 7 and WiFi 6E, NFC, dual stereo speakers, and infrared controls.
Both smartphones will come with 6,000mAh Silicon-carbon batteries, which promise 4 years of durability. The two will also come with plenty of AI integration especially on their imaging systems like AI Enhanced Portrait, HD Moving Photo, AI Image to Video, AI Erase, AI Upscale, AI Cutout, and AI Eyes Open among others.
Official pricing and availability for the HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro are yet to be announced. More details will be available when they launch on May 22, 2025, Stay tuned.
