HONOR has announced their partnership with EV manufacturer BYD. This collaboration will integrate HONOR’s vehicle connectivity solution with BYD’s next-generation DiLink smart ecosystem to deliver AI-powered mobility to its consumers.
The agreement was signed at a ceremony witness by HONOR CEO James Li and Chairman and President of BYD Group Wang Chuanfu. President of Products at HONOR Fang Fei and Senior Vice President of BYD and President of the Automotive New Technology Research Institute Yang Dongsheng signed on behalf of their respective companies to mark the start of their cooperation.
This strategic partnership is not only a collaboration in technology and ecosystem, but a commitment to the future of mobility.

This isn’t the first partnership between the two companies. Back in 2023, HONOR and BYD collaborated to introduce smartphone NFC car keys that let BYD owners lock and unlock vehicles with HONOR smartphones. The partnership extended in 2024 to in-vehicle fast charging.
This year, they deepened their cooperation with DENZA became the first brand to adopt HONOR Car Connect with coverage expanding across other BYD brands for seamless cross-device interaction.

The upcoming 2025 HONOR Global Developers Conference and AI Device Ecosystem Conference will also showcase their collaborative achievements and highlight the HONOR AI Connect platform.
