One of the world’s thinnest foldable – the HONOR Magic V2 – is heading into the Philippines. It will be their first premium foldable this year and promises a flagship experience and longer battery life.
The HONOR Magic V2 measures in at just 9.9mm when folded, making it one of the world’s thinnest foldables yet. Additionally, the whole device weighs in at only 231g that allows it to be lightweight while still offering flagship hardware under the hood.
Its chassis is made out of titanium alloy while its hinge promises more than 400,000 folds. The second -generation nanocrystal glass can endure 10 times greater drop resistance compared to typical glass. Powering the foldable is a 5,000mAh dual-cell silicon-carbon battery that promises longer battery life and supports HONOR 66W SuperCharge.
“Engineered to spur mainstream adoption, the HONOR Magic V2 is the thinnest and lightest book-style foldable smartphone to date, redefining industry benchmarks with significant improvements across form factor, battery, display and user experience aspects,” said HONOR Philippines Vice President Stephen Cheng.
More details about the HONOR Magic V2 will be unveiled on its launch on February 21, 2024. You can watch its debut at February 21 at 6:00pm via the brand’s official Facebook page.
