The HONOR Magic Vs has officially made its international debut at MWC 2023. First introduced in China last November 2023, it is their second generation of foldable and comes with a lot of improvements. Battery size is now increased to 5,000mAh with the same support for 66W SuperCharge. It will also come with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset which should be powerful enough in most scenarios.
Its main display is a 7.9-inch 2272 x 1984 90Hz OLED. The cover display is a 6.45-inch OLED panel but is faster as it supports 120Hz refresh rate. HONOR equips the Vs with three cameras – a 54MP f/1.9 main lens, a 50MP f/2.0 ultrawide, and an 8MP f/2.4 telephoto. At the front is a 16MP f/2.45 selfie camera.
The company says that its hinge is able to withstand about 400,000 folds. They have also made the device relatively thin at 12.9mm and light at 261g. It will be running on Android 13 with MagicUI 7.1.
