After three launches last quarter, HONOR is early to spice up the second quarter of the year with the upcoming release of the HONOR X5b. For this launch, they have partnered with Lazada to bring the entry-level darling into the Philippines.
Launched globally last year, the HONOR X5b is a budget-friendly device packing a 6.56-inch HD+ 90Hz display with a Helio G36 chip with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. Cameras include a 13MP f/1.8 main shooter and a 5MP f/2.2 selfie camera.
On the other hand, the HONOR X5b Plus is positioned just a bit higher than its brother sporting largely the same specifications. It does upgrade the main camera to a 50MP f/1.8 shooter.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Lazada for the first time to bring a device that combines style, reliability, and advanced features. The HONOR X5b is designed to meet the everyday needs of Filipino consumers,” said Stephen Cheng, Vice President of HONOR Philippines.
Official pricing, availability, and exclusive pre-launch perks of the HONOR X5b and X5b Plus will be unveiled soon. Stay tuned.
