HONOR is continuing their aggressive launch in the Philippines as they tease the local debut of the HONOR X8a just a few weeks after the introduction of the X7a and MagicBook X series. The X8a is placed higher than its predecessor packing a better screen and a 100MP f/1.9 main lens.
The HONOR X8a will come with a 6.7-inch 2388 x 1080 90Hz screen and will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 chipset with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Its 100MP f/1.9 primary lens at the back is backed by a 5MP f/2.2 ultrawide, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens. Meanwhile, a 16MP f/2.45 is placed at the front for selfies.
Battery is reduced to only 4,500mAh but is thinner than the X7a. Charging is still the brand’s 22.5 HONOR SuperCharge. The smartphone will run on Android 12 with their MagicUI 6.1 skin on top.
