HONOR X8c hits retail, brand opens new store in Robinsons Ilocos

The HONOR X8c has finally hit retail shelves after its launch earlier this month. As a celebration, HONOR Philipppines has opened a new Experience Store at Robinsons Ilocos.

The X8c’s arrival and the opening of the new HONOR Experience Store brough fans, tech enthusiasts, and key figures from the brand. Leading the ceremonial ribbon cutting were HONOR Philippines’ Public Relations Manager Pao Oga, alongside Robinsons Ilocos Mall Manager Rayma Bumagat, Robinsons Admin Manager John Paul Antonio, Silicon Valley Cluster Head Marco Clifford Agruda, and Concept Store Branch Manager Chona de la Cruz.

Celebrations began with a welcome from host Jaynard Lamarca and soon attendees were treated to a musical performance of local talent Michelle Pascual.

Attendees were able to play interactive games like “Guess the Phone Challenge” and “Color Dodge Game” and walked away with prizes. The event also showed off the X8c’s durability, design, and performance.

Priced at PhP 13,999, the HONOR X8c is the brand’s 3^rd smartphone to arrive in the Philippines this year packing a Snapdragon 680 chip with 8GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage, a 108MP f/1.75 main camera, a 5MP f/2.2 ultrawide, and a 6.7-inch 2412 x 1080 120Hz AMOLED display with a 50M f/2.1 front-facing shooter.

Its battery is larger than its predecessor at 5,000mAh and supports 35W HONOR SuperCharge. The chassis is rated IP64 for dust and water resistance, and the device runs on Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0.
