HONOR X8c

HONOR has launched its 3rd smartphone in the Philippines this quarter, the HONOR X8c. It is the successor of last year’s X8b complete with upgraded internals and a new faux leather design.

The HONOR X8c was first launched globally back in mid-January 2025. It now comes with a Snapdragon 685 chip – a slightly faster refresh of the Snapdragon 680 – complemented by 8GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

HONOR is reverting to a more traditional dual camera setup at the back with a 108MP f/1.75 main camera with OIS and a 5MP f/2.2 ultrawide. A capsule cutout can be found on its 6.7-inch 2412 x 1080 120Hz AMOLED display for its 50MP f/2.1 front-facing camera with a dedicated LED flash.

Its battery capacity has been increased to 5,000mAh compared to last year’s 4,500mAh. Charging speeds, however, are still the same with its USB-C port supporting 35W HONOR SuperCharge.

The device will run on Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0. Its chassis has been upgraded to have an IP64 dust and water resistance rating to make it resilient to environmental hazards.

The HONOR X8c is priced at PhP 13,999 in the Philippines. It is now up for pre-order at all HONOR Experience stores and authorized retailers nationwide with free HONOR Bluetooth Speaker II. If you prefer shopping through HONOR’s official online stores, you’ll receive a free HONOR Earbuds II for pre-ordering.
