Hot on the heels of the HONOR X9c 5G and the HONOR X9c Smart 5G, the HONOR X8c will be the brand’s third smartphone to arrive in the Philippines this quarter. According to their official Facebook page, the device will be arriving in the Philippines this March 11, 2025.
Launched globally in mid-January 2025, the HONOR X8c is a direct upgrade from last year’s X8b. Based on its international launch, the device now comes with a Snapdragon 685 chip paired by up to 8GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
Its display is similar from its predecessor with its 6.7-inch 2412 x 1080 AMOLED panel. Cameras are also largely retained with the X8c being equipped with a 108MP f/1.75 main camera, a 5MP f/2.2 ultrawide, and a 50MP f/2.1 front-facing camera though the 2MP f/2.4 macro has been dropped.
Battery capacity has been increased to 5,000mAh, 500mAh more than the X8b, and still supports 35W HONOR SuperCharge. It will run on Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 and its chassis has been upgraded to have IP64 dust and water resistance.
Official pricing and availability of the HONOR X8c in the Philippines are yet to announced. Stay tuned.
