The PC requirements of Horizon Zero Dawn  are pretty standard with even 9-year old processors being capable to run them. But again, do take these requirements with a grain of salt. Although Horizon Zero Dawn is an old game (it’s 4.5 years old), it can be expected that it will bring a lot of graphical improvements with its PC port.
