HP introduces HP Rover, a neighborhood service center on wheels

Need help with HP laptops or printers but don’t have the time to get it to a service center? Well, HP Philippines has launched its first Mobile Service Center in the country, the HP Rover.

The HP Rover has everything home users need in an HP service center. It comes with an HP personnel to diagnose and repair HP notebook PCs and printers. Customers are assured that their devices can be repaired correctly using only HP-certified parts.

Just like going to its main service centers, HP advices customers who are planning to have their units repaired via the HP Rover to back up their data prior to the visit. Back ups include hard drives, ROM chips, flag cards, and the like. It is always possible that users will not have the opportunity to retrieve their data once the repair is complete.

With workers and employers have now fully embraced the work-from-anywhere revolution, HP decided to rollout the HP Rover to lessen the long drive or commute to service centers. This is also helpful to customers to avoid the hassle and risk of going outside since the pandemic is still upon us.

HP Rover will initially be available at Wilcon City Center in Quezon City during its pilot run. The brand plans to dispatch more rovers around Metro Manila and nearby provinces to serve more HP customers.
