HTC is finally making a comeback in the smartphone market with their new midrange entry, the HTC Desire 22 Pro. The smartphone, by specifications alone, is fairly vanilla packing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chip with 8GB RAM, 128GB of internal storage, a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP f/1.79 main lens, and a 32MP f/2.0 front-facing camera.
The smartphone will come with Viverse compatibility. It will allow users to access content from Metaverse through the smartphone and a compatible HTC VR headset. The Viverse Wallet will also be supported by the device allowing for management of digital assets like cryptocurrency and NFTs.

The HTC Desire 22 Pro will be available starting July 1, 2022 in Taiwan and Europe with a starting price point of TWD 11,990 (PhP 22,000) and EUR 459 (PhP 26,000), respectively. Those who will get early before July 31, 2022 will get an HTC shockproof case, an HTTC wireless charger, and an exclusive NFT gift.
