The Huawei FreeArc is the brand’s new open-earbuds with earhooks. Designed for comfort and stability, these earbuds promise to stay securely in place even during rigorous physical activities while still allowing you to play songs and take private calls.
The FreeArc’s C-bridge design has been developed to optimize structure for comfort and stability even for high-movement activities. Its weight distribution is helped with a Gravity Balance design to reduce pressure points and ensure comfort. The S-shaped curves of the earbuds conform to the contours of the ear while its droplet-shaped design improves snugness.
To improve comfort, the earbuds are crafted from 0.7mm Ni-Ti shape-memory to adapt to your ear shape while maintaining durability. They have also added hypoallergenic liquid silicone for a soft and irritation-free feel.
Its open-ear design allows you to listen to your playlist or answer calls while still being aware of your surroundings. The earbuds’ 17×12 driver units promise deep and punchy bass while maintaining a balanced sound signature.
As it is designed for active wear, the earbuds themselves are rated for IP57 water resistance to withstand splashes, sweat, and rain. Huawei says that they have been tested with 20,000 reliability and bending tests to endure external stresses.
The Huawei FreeArc are expected to drop in the Philippines this April. More details about its pricing and availability will be available soon. Stay tuned.
