In the spirit of the holidays, Huawei is helping its customers gear up for the season with the “Huawei Service Giving Season,” where you can get free services and repair discounts on Huawei devices until December 31, 2024.
During this season, Huawei authorized service centers in the Philippines will offer free labor for out-of-warranty repair services. You’ll only need to pay the fees for part’s replacement based on the repair quotation. There is no limit in the number of devices that you can get repaired, but each device can only be repaired once within the promo period.
Additionally, getting a Huawei smartphone repaired will net you a free tempered glass screen protector. A Huawei service center personnel will assist in the installation for free. This is only available for select Huawei smartphones.
For notebooks within the last 5 years can have their factory system reinstalled for free. Before sending your laptop for reinstallation, however, you need to have your data backed up to avoid accidental data loss. This service is available at select Huawei authorized service centers with PC product support.
Availing any of the free repair services during this period will also net you a gift voucher worth PhP 500 or PhP 800. Both are available for use on Shopee, Lazada, and the Huawei Online Store with minimum purchases of PhP 6,000 and PhP 10,800, respectively. These are valid until December 31, 2024.
Huawei will be bringing in discounted repair services for Huawei services. You’ll be able to have your notebook’s motherboard repaired for only PhP 4,999. In order to do so, however, Huawei service center personnel will need to inspect and test the unit for eligibility. This is available exclusively at the Huawei Authorized Service Center at HighPoint Service Network at GMG Building, President Quirino Avenue Extension, Paco, Manila.
You can avail any of their service by heading to a Huawei Authorized Service Center. You may also send your devices via free postal service to any authorized service centers to avail a free system reinstallation service or discounted battery replacement services.
