Huawei has officially launched a slew of new wearables in the Philippines like the Watch GT3 Pro and Watch Fit 2. They will also be bringing two more wearables later with the Watch D and Band 7 while their flagship smartphone – the Huawei Mate Xs 2 – is also expected to arrive in the Philippines soon.
The Huawei Watch GT3 Pro sports a 1.43-inch 466 x 466 AMOLED screen and has a new interface design. It is available in 46mm and 43mm editions with Titanium and Ceramic materials, respectively. It supports ECG analysis, TruSeen 5.0+ data monitoring, and has access to 5 satellite systems as well as 100 workout modes with an AI Running Coach.
The Huawei Watch Fit 2 comes with a 1.74-inch 336 x 480 AMOLED display with a screen-to-body ratio of 72.2 percent. It even has a speaker and microphone to let users answer or make calls through the smartwatch via Bluetooth.
It is powered by HarmonyOS with support for third-party apps. It includes 97 workout modes, built-in animated fitness coach for 7 selected modes, and Huawei Assistant to check weather, flights, and other updates.
Huawei Watch D is one of the first wrist-type blood pressure monitoring devices from the brand. It uses a mini pump to measure blood pressure. The pump can reach to 4kPa to ensure blood pressure can be monitored up to 230mmHg – equivalent to the range of traditional blood pressure meters.
Of course, the Watch D also comes with other features like heart monitoring, sleep monitoring, Sp02 monitoring, skin temperature detection, and more than 70 workout modes. It also promises up to 7 days of battery life in one charge.
Those who want a lighter fitness tracker may like the Huawei Band 7. It weighs at around 16g with less than 10mm in thickness. It has an AMOLED 194 x 368 AMOLED screen and the watch face can be customized in three different modes including AOD Watch Faces.
The Huawei Mate Xs 2 is currently one of the flagships of the brand. It has a Snapdragon 888 4G chipset, a 7.8-inch 2480 x 2200 120Hz OLED screen, and a triple camera setup at the back with a 50MP f/1.8 main lens.
