Huawei Mate 40 Pro 5G to launch in PH on December 4, priced at PhP 55,999

The Huawei Mate 40 Pro 5G has been confirmed to launch in the Philippines this coming December 4, 2020 just in time for Christmas. The brand will be pricing their new flagship at PhP 55,999 and will come with an exclusive freebie for early adopters.

The Huawei Mate 40 Pro 5G comes with a 6.76-inch OLED screen at 2772 x 1334 and has a 90Hz refresh rate. Its display is only broken by a dual selfie camera setup composed by a 13MP f/2.4 main lens and a TOF 3D sensor for depth and biometrics.

A circular camera design dwells at the back where it houses a 50MP f/1.9 Ultra Vision main camera, a 20MP f/2.2 Cine Ultraiwde, and a 12MP f/2.4 Periscope telephoto. Inside its chassis is a Kirin 9000 5G chip with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.

Powering the Mate 40 Pro 5G is a 4,400mAh battery with support for 66W SuperCharge, 50W Wireless SuperCharge, and 5W Reverse Wireless charging. It still runs on Android 10 with Huawei’s EMUI 11 environment backed by AppGallery.

As mentioned, Huawei Mate 40 Pro 5G will arrive in the Philippines on December 4, 2020 with a price tag of PhP 55,999. Those who will get it between December 4 and 6 will get a free Ring Light worth PhP 3,999.
