The Huawei MateBook D 16 2024 has officially arrived in the Philippines. After being teased last December, their new notebook will now be powered by the 13th Generation Intel Core platform while still having the same traditional MateBook design with a bezelless screen and a thin design.
The 2024 MateBook D 16 can now be outfitted with an Intel Core i9-13900H with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of PCIe NVMe storage. There are a two USB-C ports one of which supports 65W USB-C charging and DisplayPort.
The notebook is compatible with the Huawei Super Device ecosystem allowing for other Huawei devices such as smartphones and tablets to be used like secondary screens or even make calls on the notebook itself for a more seamless experience.
Powering the device is up to a 70Whr Lithium Polymer battery. Its screen is a 16.0-inch 1920 x 1080 display with small bezels and 100% sRGB. Huawei is outfitting the notebook with a 1.5mm-travel backlit keyboard, a power button with an integrated fingerprint scanner, and a 720p webcam.
