Huawei has announced that they are bringing their updated flagship notebook the MateBook X Pro with Intel 10th generation processors into the Philippines. Packing the latest processors from Intel as well as a sleek design, Huawei’s latest notebook aims to take some of the attention away from the more established flagship notebooks in the market.
The Huawei MateBook X Pro comes with a 13.9-inch LTPS 3000 x 2000 display with 100% sRGB coverage, 450nits of brightness, a light sensor, as well as a 10-point multi-touch capability. Instead of placing the webcam near the display, the 1MP camera is now recessed to give it a more minimalist design.
Inside its aluminum chassis is an Intel Core i7-10510U with 16GB of LPDDR3 2133MHz RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU. Storage is provided by a 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD, which should provide enough speed and space to the average consumer.
The notebook comes with two USB Type-C ports both of which are compatible with 65W PD Charging for its 56Whr battery. This means that there’s no longer a DC-in port for a dedicated charger since charging is solely handled by the USB Type-C ports. In addition, a single USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A port and a 3.5mm audio jack has been provided for easier compatibility with other devices.
