The Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6, introduced globally earlier this month, is now officially making its way onto the Philippines on June 25. It will be one of the first tablets from Huawei to pack their HarmonyOS 2 out of the box.
Like its name suggests, the new MatePad Pro comes with a 12.6 OLED screen at 2560 x 1600 with 100% DCI-P3, HDR10, and only 5.6mm bezels. Its display is complemented by an 8-speaker system as well as support for M-Pencil to be flexible for both work and entertainment.
Performance is from a Kirin 9000E that also provides 5G connectivity for the device paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Imaging isn’t forgotten and Huawei is using a 12Mp f/1.8 main lens, an 8MP f/2.4 ultrawide, and a 3D Depth sensor at the back while the front has an 8MP f/2.0 lens.
It will be one of the first devices to come with Huawei’s long-awaited HarmonyOS 2 automatically. Furthermore, it has a massive 10,050mAh battery that supports 40W wired charging, 27W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
