Both the Huawei nova 13 and nova 13 Pro have officially arrived in the Philippines. The two are positioned as upper midrange devices with the nova 13 Pro bringing the variable aperture of previous flagships to a more palatable price range.
Starting off with the Huawei nova 13 Pro, it packs a 6.76-inch 2776 x 1224 120Hz LTPO OLED display. Its imaging system includes a 50MP f/1.4 – f/4.0 variable aperture main camera, a 12MP f/2.4 telephoto, and an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide. It also aims to up your selfie game with a 60MP f/2.4 main front-facing camera and an 8MP f/2.2 telephoto – that’s right – a telephoto at the front.
On the other hand, the Huawei nova 13 strips some of the features to lower its price. A 6.7-inch 2412 x 1084 120Hz and a 60MP f/2.4 selfie camera are placed at the front. At the back is a 50MP f/1.9 main shooter complemented by an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide lens.
Both smartphones will come with a Kirin 8000 chip with 12GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. They are powered by a 5,000mAh with 100W HONOR SuperCharge.
The Huawei nova 13 and nova 13 Pro are priced at PhP 24,999 and PhP 32,999 in the Philippines, respectively. They are now up for pre-order through the Huawei Online Store, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores, as well as Huawei Experience stores nationwide. Pre-ordering either models will net you a free Huawei Watch GT 4 worth PhP 12,999.
Aside from the nova 13 and nova 13 Pro, Huawei has also launched the lower midrange Huawei nova 13i and the flagship foldable Huawei Mate X6.
