Huawei has confirmed that the nova 13 and 13 Pro are ready to make their global debut. While Huawei hasn’t announced any solid date yet, it can be safely assumed that it will accompany the Huawei Mate X6 which will also make its international launch on December 12.

The launch of the nova 13 and 13 Pro was confirmed from Huawei’s official X account (formerly Twitter). Their tweet teases the design and some of the features that the series will be bringing into the market when they launch in Dubai next week.
The nova 13 series were launched in China back in October. The two devices will come with a Kirin 8000 chipset with up to a terabyte of storage, 5,000mAh batteries with 100W Huawei SuperCharge, 5G, WiFi 6 connectivity, and both run on HarmonyOS 4.2.
The Pro model brings the f/1.4 – f/4.0 variable aperture on its 50MP main camera, a feature previously found on flagships. Its primary lens is complemented by a 12MP f/2.4 telephoto, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide, 60MP f/2.4 front-facing camera, and an 8MP f/2.2 selfie telephoto. It also gets a 6.76-inch FullHD+ LTPO OLED display.
On the other hand, the nova 13 packs a 50MP f/1.9 main camera, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide, and a 60MP f/2.4 selfie camera. It’s 6.7-inch FullHD+ 120Hz OLED screen is slightly smaller compared to its bigger brother.
