All three of the Huawei nova 13 series have officially arrived in the Philippines. Composed of the Huawei nova 13i, nova 13, and nova 13 Pro, the lineup covers the midrange offerings of Huawei with prices ranging from PhP 12,999 up to PhP 32,999.
The most affordable of the lot is the Huawei nova 13i. It packs the ever-trusty Snapdragon 680 chip complemented by 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 40W SuperCharge Turbo 2.0. Huawei also equips it with a 6.7-inch 2388 x 1080 90Hz display, a 108MP f/1.9 main camera, and an 8MP f/2.0 front-facing lens.
Up the totem pole are the Huawei nova 13 and nova 13 Pro. The two share some hardware including a Kirin 8000 chip, 12GB RAM, and 512GB of internal storage; but is limited to 4G LTE connectivity. Both also support WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and come with a 5,000mAh battery with Huawei 100W SuperCharge.
While they both come with a 60MP f/2.4 selfie shooter, the Pro model comes with an additional 8MP f/2.2 front-facing telephoto for better portrait shots. The base nova 13 packs a 50MP f/1.9 main camera and an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide. On the other hand, the nova 13 Pro brings the variable aperture of previous flagships with its 50MP f/1.4 – f/4.0 main camera complemented by a 12MP f/2.4 telephoto, and 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide.
Huawei has also invested AI on the imaging capabilities of the nova 13 and nova 13 Pro. With AI Best Expression, your selfies are taken with burst shots and will allow you to choose from the best expressions. This is especially helpful in group photos so you don’t need to keep taking photos just to get everyone on their best faces.
All three of the Huawei nova 13 series run on EMUI 14.2, which come with enhanced security measures such as app tracking management, permission controls, and app isolation to protect your data.
