Aside from the new MatePad 11.5-inch and MatePad Air as well as their 2023 range of MateBooks, Huawei has announced that they will be launching the big battery Huawei nova Y71 and nova Y91 in the Philippines this July 28, 2023.
The nova Y71 and nova Y91 come with above-average battery capacities of 6,000mAh and 7,000mAh, respectively. The two will also support 22.5W Huawei SuperCharge to fill up their battery reserves. Both will run on EMUI 12 with Huawei’s own AppGallery.
The Huawei nova Y71 is positioned just below its sibling packing a Kirin 710A chipset with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage, a 6.75-inch 1600 x 720 IPS display, and a triple camera setup at the back with a 48MP f/1.8 main camera. At the front is an 8MP f/2.0 front-facing shooter.
On the other hand, the Huawei nova Y91 will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 with 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It only comes with two cameras at the back but its main camera is a 50MP f/1.8 shooter while at the front is another 8MP f/2.0 selfie lens.

Price and Availability
Pricing for the Huawei nova Y71 and nova Y91 are yet to be announced. The two are expected to hit the local market starting July 28, 2023. Those who will get them early will receive a free 1-year Viu premium subscription worth PhP 999.
