Huawei’s star phones P9 and P9 Plus just got an upgrade with the new Huawei P10 series. The new P10 series is similar to the previous model in looks, but with sandblasted metal, circular edges and diamond cut corners (Ahem iPhone). Of course, the P10 utilizes the latest Leica Dual-Camera optics of Huawei, it promises better details, colors and functionality.

The P10 series now also introduces Leica branded cameras on the front, so selfies are promised to be better with a unique portrait mode that promises better results as compared to the iPhone 7 Plus.
Additonally, physically you will see that the fingerprint sensor is now also a home button at the front. This overall brings a very similar look to the iPhone in our honest opinion.
Huawei is proud to announce that their P10 and P10 Plus has the latest antenna design that utilizes quad-antennas to utilize more bands and signals. They say that 60% of drop calls can be achieved with their new quad- antenna design.
Aside from wireless technology, Wi-Fi Mimo technology can utilize better signals for faster and stable signal. The also promise better GPS signal even in under tunnel situations.
Huawei is expected to release the new P10 and P10 Plus in March 2017 across the world, the Philippines not yet announced. The P10 starts at $685 (Php34,935) while the P10 Plus starts at $738 (Php37,638).
The pricing takes a HUGE jump from the previous pricing of the Huawei P9, this will make the P10 even more expensive than the current Mate 9 at Php32,990. Not to mention that Huawei will release the P10 series in a total of EIGHT colors, we think this will be tricky for the company to manage.
Huawei also introduced a lot of cases for the P10, seems their eco-system for their new flagship is complete. From cases, holders, cradles to even pouches.
