Today, Huawei has confirmed that their first Android Wear smartwatch is now available for pre-order – bad news is, it’s only available in the US as of the moment. They also confirmed that their Android Wear is compatible with the iOS devices, one of the first to have this kind of feature.

Huawei also stated that the Watch will go in sale first in Canada, Germany, France, Spain and Italy some time this month and will be available in the UAE, UK and Japan sometime in October.

As for the specs, the device has a 1.4-inch AMOLED display (400 x 400 resolution) and comes with you own personal choice of strap – available in leather, stainless steel link strap and stainless steel mesh strap. Battery life is claimed to be last for more than a day and a half (around 32 hours of being active and 8 hours of sleeping) and will charge to full in just 75 minutes.

Huawei also stated that the models will cost around $450 to $785, taking the competition close to the Apple Watch, so rest assured that it will be one of the high-end and premium Android Watch.
