The Infinix GT 30 has officially made its debut in the Philippines. It’s being touted as a budget-friendly gaming smartphone for both casual and competitive gamers for under PhP 12,000.
The Infinix GT 30 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 5G chipset with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Its chipset is complemented by a 6.78-inch 2720 x 1224 144Hz AMOLED display, which has been certified by Mobile Legends: Bang Bang to run at 120Hz for a smoother gameplay experience.
Like its predecessor, the GT 30 comes with a GT Triggers which are dual capacitive shoulder buttons that lets you have faster reactions in MOBAs and FPS games. These are customizable and can be assigned to in-game controls and its lighting system adds real-time visual feedback. Additionally, it can be used as a shortcut for taking photos, managing video and music playback, and more.
Its chassis may have a futuristic design, but it also comes with IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. Powering the smartphone is a 5,500mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging, 10W reverse charging, and bypass charging.
Infinix is equipping the GT 30 with XOS 15 based on Android 15. There is AI integration on the device in the form of the Infinix AI Suite, which comes with 25 AI features such as information extraction and editing content. Support will last for 2 major Android upgrades.
Its imaging system includes a 64MP f/1.8 main camera, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide shooter, and a 13MP f/2.2 front-facing camera.
