While this year’s batch of iPhones are still quite a ways off, that won’t stop leaksters from releasing renders of Apple’s upcoming smartphones. This round of leaks points to the iPhone XR 2019 having a square camera bump.
Based on the renders, the iPhone XR 2019 might be sticking with a 6.1-inch notched screen instead of having a waterdrop notch or any variation that allows the screen to take up more space at the front.
Rumors point to the iPhone XR 2019 having a 12MP main camera and a 2x telephoto lens. No information yet is available on what kind of specification the smartphone’s front-facing camera will have.
It is expected that the smartphone will have a new chip (presumably an A13 Bionic chip) based on TSMC’s 7nm+ lithography. It is also speculated that the device will come with an 18W Fast Charging adapter.
Apple is expected to make the announcement for their 2019 iPhone lineup on September as is tradition for the company.
