itel continues the streak of releasing cheap and cheerful smartphones in the Philippines with the itel P65. This time around, the P65 promises to deliver a 120Hz refresh rate experience for under PhP 5,000.
The itel P65 manages to fit a 6.7-inch 1600 x 720 120Hz IPS screen despite its low price point. It’s being paired with a Unisoc T615 chipset with 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone will run on Android 14 with itel OS 14.
Powering the P65 is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W Power Charge. itel says that its battery can last up to 3 days of use on a single charge for moderate users. They promise a 4-year battery lifespan with up to 1000 charge cycles. It also supports bypass charging so you are directly powering the smartphone during gaming sessions.
As for cameras, the itel P65 has a basic assortment of cameras: a 50MP main camera at the back and an 8MP shooter at the front. It does have a USB-C port and 3.5mm audio jack.
