JBL just launched a swath of TWS in the Philippines – the Live Flex 3, Live Buds 3, and Live Beam 3. While we can expect the usual JBL sound signature on these, they are heavily banking on their integrated screens on their cases to make their operation much smoother.
The JBL Live Flex 3, Live Buds 3, and Live Beam 3 will all come with the usual features that you see on TWS from the brand. They will come with noise-cancelling capabilities, JBL Signature Sound, JBL Spatial Sound technology, and 6 built-in microphones.
Their new thing, however, is the built-in screen on their charging cases. JBL says that this can seamlessly control the buds without even looking at your smartphone. Options include equalizer, volume, playback controls, receiving messages and phone calls, and even a customizable screen saver.
While features are rather similar across the three, their designs are different from one another. JBL Live Flex 3 has an open-stick earbud design, the JBL Live Beam 3 sports closed-stick construction, while the JBL Live Buds 3 are bud-type earbuds. The three can last more than 40 hours with the Live Flex 3 reaching up to 50 hours of usage with the charging case.
Official pricing and availability for the JBL Live Flex 3, JBL Live Buds 3, and JBL Live Beam 3 are yet to be announced. More details should be available soon. Stay tuned.
