Kingston Fury Impact DDR5 SO-DIMM kits have officially made their way into the market. They promise 50% faster performance than DDR4 for a boost in gaming, rendering, and multitasking. The kits only runs at 1.1v to lower power consumption while keeping its temperature low especially portable devices.
Kingston’s Fury Impact DDR5 SO-DIMM kits will have 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB variants for single sticks, and 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB for dual RAM sets. It will support Intel XMP 3.0, will run up to 4800MHz at CL38 latencies, and has on-die ECC to maintain data integrity.
Customers will be able to get the Kingston Fury Impact DDR5 SO-DIMM through official partner stores in Asia. Pricing and availability, however, are yet to be announced.
