Lazada is rolling out LazMall Guaranteed Delivery in Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. This system has been designed to provide LazMall customers with greater assurance and an even faster, more reliable delivery and if the delivery date is not met, a hassle-free compensation.
The LazMall Guaranteed Delivery is made possible by Lazada’s advanced supply chain infrastructure and logistics capabilities. With the help of machine learning as well as a wholly-owned network of warehouses and fulfilment centers in major markets, Lazada’s close loop logistics capcity is leading in deliveries handling 70% of all last mile deliveries.
Lazada will also be offering compensation for late deliveries. Existing promises on the LazMall platform include “100% Authentic” and “15-Day Returns.” Both of these assure shoppers of high-quality and genuine products with an easy return policy.
Sellers participating in the LazMall Guaranteed Delivery by two icons: a tick indicated that the delivery will start from the next day while the 24h indicates that the delivery will be made within the next day.
In the Philippines, shoppers from the Greater Manila area will be the first to experience the LazMall Guaranteed Delivery program. A curated selection of products by brand will be available from Unilever, P&G, Xiaomi, Realme, Maybelline, Adidas, Converse, and other popular items in the electronics, mother and baby, and home appliances categories.
Once an item is ordered from LazMall sellers covered by the program, you will see stated delivery date on the Order Confirmation page. If a delivery is not made by the promised date, Lazada will compensate you for the trouble. There will be no need to file a claim for compensation and its amount. It will be automatically credited to the customer in their wallet.
