Online shopping platform giant Lazada is halting their logistics operations due to the enhanced community quarantine announced by the Philippine government.
The stoppage of Lazada’s logistics operations will adversely affect deliveries. Customers should expect extended delivery delays in order to ensure the well-being of both customers and staff. Cash on Delivery payment method has also been temporarily suspended.
Despite this, the Lazada app will still continue to service both customers and sellers. Fortunately, LazMall, its groceries service, will carry on with operations to deliver goods to customers.
